Benefits

Through this biofeedback program and allied coaching, you can be taught how to manage your own stressors, negative thoughts and emotions that create dis-ease in the heart itself as well as discomfort in your life.

It has been proven that increases in heart rhythm coherence have significant and sustainable benefits for physical and emotional health. Additionally, there are cognitive benefits such as improved memory, problem-solving and more lucid thinking which can result from learning how to manage one’s thoughts and emotions. And more coherent rhythm patterns can enhance the function of the immune system with its vital role in repairing or maintaining the body. This is experienced as a sense of wellness and deeper connection to others and to the self and Soul.
